The Garden complements the terrace, with a low Provencal wall separating the terrace and villa from the garden with box hedges, vines, flowers, olive, Cyprés and Plane trees, lavender, herbs and cactuses all overlooking the views to the south and west.
The private swimming pool is a generous 10m x 5m with a depth, at its deepest, of 1.8m so you can dive straight in. It is not overlooked and is right next to the terrace and garden. If you are in the kitchen then it’s easy to keep an eye on young children.
The Villa has amazing views to the South and West. With no other properties visible, Villa des Cyprés is very private but not isolated. On most days it is possible to see all the way to the hills above St Tropez and Le Ciotat. And at night, with no light pollution the milky way is astonishing.

Provence is renowned for its food and drinks. The Markets at Cotignac, Aups and Lorgues provide ideal opportunities to stock up on local produce, whilst the local shops in Entrecasteaux cater for daily bread, croissants and pastries and other essentials. The local Wine co-operative produces outstanding Rosé.
The terrace, next to the villa, extends along to the pool and is bounded by the Provencal wall and shaded by two “Tonnelles”. A great place for long lunches next to the pool and dinners al fresco.
Relax! Terraces, the pool, sun-loungers and outdoor seating allow complete relaxation in the sun and shade.
